Choosing a Service
Not Sure Which One Fits?
If you want the crew to walk the yard and remove waste, start with Residential Service, and add Yard Deodorizing if odor bothers you. Property managers can ask about pet waste stations, dog park scooping and common areas. If you scoop and want collection, choose Bucket Service.
Comparing Services
Who Does What With Each Service
Residential Service
The crew walks the agreed part of your yard and removes the dog waste. Choose twice-weekly, weekly, every-other-week or monthly visits, or a single cleanup. Monthly service is for one dog and a yard of up to 1/8 acre.
Commercial Service
Pet waste stations and dog park scooping for apartment communities, HOAs, parks and businesses. Station care means installing and maintaining the stations: replacing bags and liners and cleaning around each one. Properties can also ask about scooping their common areas.
Yard Deodorizing
An add-on to Residential Service for the spots where dogs spend the most time, and the one to ask about if the yard still smells between visits. Ask about Wysiwash yard sanitizing at the same time, and the crew can explain how the two treatments differ. If you do not have a scooping plan yet, start there.
Bucket Service
A small side service. You scoop into the five-gallon bucket the crew gives you, and the crew changes out the bags each week. It runs year-round and does not include a yard visit.
One-Time Cleanups
If you only need the yard cleared once, ask for a single residential cleanup. It is a way to start before you choose a schedule, or to catch up after a stretch without scooping.

Questions That Point to the Right Service
Do You Want to Scoop at All?
If not, Residential Service is the place to start. If you already scoop and the hard part is getting rid of the waste, Bucket Service is the closer fit.
Be honest about your routine. A plan to scoop every day sounds easy in spring and harder on a cold, wet morning, so pick the service that matches the weeks you are busiest.
How Many Dogs, and How Much Yard?
Monthly visits are only for one dog and a yard of up to 1/8 acre. Beyond that, compare the weekly, twice-weekly and every-other-week schedules. As a rough guide, more dogs usually call for a shorter gap between visits.
Is the Space Private or Shared?
A fenced yard behind a house is residential work. Common areas at an HOA, an apartment dog run or a park fall under Commercial Service. If you own a rental with its own yard, ask which kind of plan fits before you request a quote. Landlords with several rentals can ask the same question for each one.
Is Odor the Main Complaint?
Scooping removes the waste. Deodorizing treats the smell that can stay behind where dogs go most often. If odor bothers you, ask about adding a deodorizing treatment to a residential plan.
Who Else Uses the Yard?
Children, guests and other pets all change how clean the yard needs to be. A yard that doubles as a play area usually calls for a shorter gap between visits than one only the dogs use.

Combining Services and Getting a Price
Services That Go Together
A home can pair Residential Service with Yard Deodorizing. A property can pair common-area scooping with station maintenance. Bucket Service stands on its own, because on those visits you are the one scooping.
When Your Needs Change
Households change. A new dog arrives, a fence goes up, a work schedule gets busier. If the service you picked stops fitting, call or email the crew to talk through a different service or schedule.
Pricing for Homes
Prices are not listed in the text of this site. The quote form on the home page starts with your ZIP code, so have your dog count and preferred schedule ready. Call or email first if you want to talk through your options before you see numbers.
Questions to Ask Before You Choose
A few questions settle most of the choice:
- Which services and schedules can I get at my address?
- Can I add deodorizing to a residential plan later?
- Who should I talk to if my routine changes?
Pricing for Properties
Every property has different areas and stations, so commercial plans start with a conversation. Email the crew a short description of the site, or call to talk it through.
