The Scoop Crew is a local, family-owned small business that has specialized in pet waste management since January 2022. We offer services to residential clients (homeowners' yards), commercial clients (HOAs, apartment complexes, veterinary clinics, etc.) and community common areas across the Upstate of South Carolina. Keeping your yard clean and your pups safe is our number one priority.

The colorful truck is easy to recognize. Choose from an array of services weekly, biweekly or monthly, such as Yard Deodorizing and Bucket Service. If you're a property manager or an HOA board member, ask about a plan for a managed property (dog park scooping, pet waste station management, etc.).

Meet the Head Scooper.

The Scoop Crew is a local, family-owned small business that specializes in pet waste management. Brandon Wright started The Scoop Crew in January of 2022 with dreams of bringing the little-known industry to the Upstate of South Carolina.

Since then, The Scoop Crew has continuously grown and has completed over 16,000 services. Delivering exceptional service each time out is a major emphasis for Brandon and The Scoop Crew. We can't wait for you to join The Crew!

What the Crew Does

Four Services, Two Ways to Split the Work

Most questions about the crew come down to who does the scooping, you or the crew.

When the Crew Scoops

With Residential Service, a crew member walks the part of your yard you agreed on and removes the dog waste. You can set up recurring visits twice a week, weekly, every other week or monthly, or ask for a single cleanup.

Monthly visits are for one dog and a yard of up to 1/8 acre. Homes with more dogs or a bigger yard choose from the other schedules.

Commercial Service brings the same work to managed properties. Most commercial customers are dog parks, or a dog park with pet waste stations: the crew installs and maintains the stations and scoops the park. Apartment communities, HOAs and other properties can also ask about scooping their common areas.

Odor Treatment as an Add-On

Yard Deodorizing is added to Residential Service for the spots where dogs spend the most time. It is the add-on most worth asking about when the yard still smells between visits. The crew can also tell you whether Wysiwash yard sanitizing is available for your yard and what it involves.

When You Scoop

Bucket Service is a small side service for people who would rather scoop their own yard. The crew gives you a five-gallon bucket, you scoop the waste into it, and each week the crew comes by and changes out the bags inside. It runs year-round as its own service and does not include a yard visit.

It suits people who already pick up every day and would rather not put the waste in their own trash can.

Picking Between Them

If you are unsure, answer two questions. Who should do the scooping, you or the crew? And is the waste in a private yard or a common area? Those answers point to one of the four services. Deodorizing comes last, once a residential plan is in place. If you are still unsure, call and describe the yard.

Ask the questions that matter for your yard before you commit to anything: which schedule fits, how the crew gets into the yard and where your dogs should be during a visit.

Coverage Depends on the Address

The service list covers 13 Upstate communities, including Easley, Greenville, Anderson and Clemson. A city on the list does not guarantee service at every address in it, and Spartanburg sits at the edge of the area. Visit schedules depend on the address as well.

How Quotes Work

The quote form on the home page starts with your ZIP code, then asks how many dogs you have and how often you want a visit. Once you have a price, you sign up in our customer portal.

If the quote form does not load, or you have a question it does not answer, call or email instead. Prices are not listed in the text of this site, so the quote is the place to see what your plan costs.

Good Questions for a First Call

A first conversation goes faster when you know what you want to find out. These are a good start:

  • Is my address covered, and which schedules can I get there?
  • Which schedule suits my dogs and the size of my yard?
  • Can I start with a one-time cleanup?
  • What does the crew need from me for gate and yard access?
