Before You Reach Out
Which Way to Get in Touch
Call When the Answer Depends on Details
A call works best when your question needs some back and forth. Whether your street is on a route, how the crew gets past a locked gate, or which schedule suits a yard with several dogs are all easier to settle by talking.
If you leave a message, include your name, your number and the town you live in, so the crew knows what the call is about.
Email When You Want to Describe the Property
Email suits questions that are easier to write down. A property manager may have several common areas, existing stations and a preferred schedule to explain, and a written note keeps all of it in one place.
Homeowners can use email the same way. Describe the yard, the dogs and what you want handled, and the reply can address all of it at once.
Put your town and the service in the subject line, such as "Weekly scooping, Greenville". The crew can see what the message is about before opening it.
Use the Quote Form When You Are Ready to Price It
The quote form on the home page starts with your ZIP code, and you can see a price there without calling first. The Get a Quote button opens our customer portal, where you sign up. If a choice leaves you unsure, stop there and call or email instead.
This page has no form, so it does not collect your details. You share them only when you call, send an email or enter them in the quote form or the customer portal.
Helpful Details
What to Include in Your First Message
A few details up front mean the crew can answer your question without a string of follow-ups.
For a Home Yard
If you are thinking about monthly visits, mention your dog count and yard size right away. Monthly service is for one dog and a yard of up to 1/8 acre.
Keep private details such as gate codes out of a first email. You can share them once you are setting up service.
- Your town and ZIP code, so the crew can check the address
- How many dogs use the yard
- Roughly how big the area to scoop is, and whether it is fenced
- The schedule you have in mind: twice weekly, weekly, every other week, monthly or a single cleanup
- Anything about access, such as a locked gate, a side entrance or dogs that will be outside during a visit
For a Managed Property
Property managers and HOA boards get the most useful first answer by describing the site as it is today. Photos or a simple sketch of the site can help explain the layout.
- The type of property, such as an apartment community, HOA, park or business
- Which common areas get the most dog traffic
- Whether pet waste stations are already installed, and how many
- What you want handled: scooping, station bags, waste liners or cleanup around the stations
- Who the crew should talk with about access and scheduling
For Yard Deodorizing
Say whether you are asking about deodorizing, Wysiwash yard sanitizing or both. Mention where the dogs spend most of their time and whether you already have a Residential Service plan.
For Bucket Service
Say that you plan to scoop yourself and want Bucket Service. Mention your town, and ask what the crew needs from you on collection day.
For Someone Else's Property
If you are arranging service for a parent, a rental you own or a home you look after, say so at the start. Give the crew the right contact for gate access and scheduling, so questions on visit day go to the person who can answer them.

When a Link Does Not Open
If the quote form or the customer portal does not load, or a phone or email link opens the wrong app on your device, use the number and address written out on this page. Both are shown as plain text, so you can copy them into whatever app you use.
Following Up
If your question is time-sensitive and you have not heard back, try the other channel. Call if you emailed, or email if you left a message.
Not Sure Whether You Are in the Area?
Start with the service area page. It lists every community the crew serves and links to the towns that have their own page. Then confirm your exact address by phone, by email or through the quote form.
