Checking Coverage
How to Confirm Your Address
Start With the Quote Form
The simplest check is the quote form on the home page, which starts with your ZIP code. If you would rather ask a person, call (864) 533-4256 or email info@thescoopcrew.com with your town and street.
A City on the List Is Not a Promise
The 13 communities above show where the crew works. A city on the list does not guarantee service at every address in it. Spartanburg is at the edge of the area, so expect to confirm an address there before you plan on a visit.
Visits depend on the route, so the street address decides more than the town name does.
Schedules Depend on the Address Too
Visit frequency and availability depend on your address, even inside the area. Twice-weekly visits in particular are not offered everywhere, so ask which schedules you can get when you check coverage.
Checking first saves you from settling on a schedule and then finding it is not offered at your address.
What to Have Ready
Checking goes faster with these details to hand:
- Your street address and ZIP code
- Whether it is a home or a managed property
- How many dogs use the yard
- The service and schedule you are interested in
Finding Your Town
Using the City Pages
Towns With Their Own Page
Easley, Greenville, Taylors, Simpsonville, Greer, Piedmont, Powdersville and Anderson each have a page with notes for that area. The crew is based out of Easley. Wherever you are on the list, check your exact address.
Seneca, Clemson, Boiling Springs, Inman and Spartanburg are on the service list without a dedicated page. You can still check an address in any of them.
Using the City Picker
Choose a city in the box above and select View city options to open its page. For a city without its own page, the box shows a note asking you to check your address with the crew.
City pages describe the services on offer in that town. They cannot tell you whether a specific street is covered. Only an address check can.
Living Near a Town Line
The town on your mailing address does not always match how service is planned. If your address names one town but you live closer to another on the list, check the address itself rather than the city name.
Properties in More Than One Place
If you manage properties in several towns, list every address when you contact the crew. Coverage can differ from one address to the next, even within the same town.
Moving House
Moving within the Upstate? Check the new address before your last visit at the old one, so you do not end up with a gap you did not plan for. If you are moving to the area, check the new address as soon as you have it.
Rentals and Second Homes
If you own a rental or a second home in the area, check that address on its own, and give the crew a contact who can handle gate access while you are away.
Not on the List?
If your town is not listed, you can still ask. The crew can tell you whether your address can be served.
Next Steps
Once Your Address Checks Out
Choose a Service
Decide who does the scooping. Residential Service sends the crew into the yard, and monthly visits are for one dog and a yard of up to 1/8 acre. Yard Deodorizing is an add-on to it. Commercial Service covers pet waste stations, dog parks and common areas, and Bucket Service is a small side service for people who scoop themselves.
Read Your Town's Page
If your town has its own page, read it for notes on services in that area. Treat it as a starting point, then check your exact address.
Questions for the Crew
When you confirm coverage, it is worth asking:
- Which schedules are available at my address?
- Is twice-weekly service an option here?
- Can you also serve a second property I own or manage?
- What do you need from me for gate and yard access?
